Anybody have any idea of this project? I'm thinking of buy a unit for investment....seems like the location is booming with Tesco, & upcoming AEON mall (maybe?).

i'm interested with this project too. They have recently launched the new club house for viewing, which is an added value to the project. The comparable project nearby would be the newly launch Permatang Santuary by IJM land. DSSD at RM450k vs jesselton hills RM588k.
