Suria @ Hijau E-Komuniti consists of three blocks low-medium cost and medium cost apartment. The low medium cost apartment at Suria has a built-up size of 800 sq.ft. while the medium cost apartment with built up area of 900 sq.ft. and 1,000 sq.ft. All units comes with three bedroom and two bathrooms.

Hijau E-Komuniti is one of the Penang Affordable Housing Scheme (PMM) project by Penang State Government in an effort to provide quality housing at affordable prices for Penangites.
